Customs formalities

We are at your disposal to carry out and handle all customs formalities necessary for import and export.
We have a direct electronic connection with the PLDA and customs authorities.
We have a global VAT-Registration Number import/export which allows us to act as V.A.T. representatives for clients foreign to the European Community.


Documents

We draw up all the documents you need for your shipments such as certificates of origin, export and import licences, transport documents for road and rail, Bills of Lading in compliance with the L/C prescriptions.


Transports

We are able to arrange national and international transports via air, sea, and road using numerous partners.

This is carried out in compliance with the terms, depending on the type of cargo and in cooperation with our subcontractors, local or overseas agents.


Storage

We have storage facilities for cleared and for bonded goods. We have 8000m2 of warehouse in a 24 hour guarded complex owned by the Port of Brussels authorities. There are 24 hour cameras and electronic gates. The warehouse is equipped with motion sensors connected to a 24 hour surveillance system that can alert the police instantaneously so that the authorities can be at the warehouse within 5 minutes. We also have 16 cameras that record any movement in the warehouse.

Loading and unloading of trucks is performed in a sheltered area.


Insurance

For any type of shipment we can provide cargo insurance with reputable underwriters represented in Europe and worldwide by certified Lloyd's surveyors.
